A most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were welcomed with a drink when we arrived to check in. The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was large, bed comfortable with good quality bed linen and the bathroom was large and clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a nicely presented buffet that would satisfy most people. We could walk everywhere in the lower and upper towns.

Great location and yet tucked in a quiet private courtyard. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was a wonderful fresh assortment of eggs, meats, breads and salads. Good coffee.

We stayed in a room with 2 skylight windows, can watch the stars at night. Place near shopping area and restaurants. Hotel’s staffs are very friendly and helpful. On Sunday we went to the flea market, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

This hotel looks simple from the outside an even at the front desk but the venue is clean, modern, and spacious in hallways, guest rooms, etc. The decor is lovely, the breakfast excellent, staff amazing and location is perfect.

Nice hotel, great location, fair value.
Very welcome check in. Quick and efficient. Room nice. Single room. Bed big enough for two. No view. Clean and looked recently refurbished. Bathroom shower fine, but the fan was so noisy. Really noisy bathroom fan. Breakfast was adequate. Scrambled egg options, but all were cold as had been made a while. Staff at breakfast continuously checking quantities of food available. Seld service coffee from button machine. Receptioon didn't entertain a late check out of two hours. Didn't get a chance to say I would pay extra. Just a couple of hours. Just immediately responded with they were completely full. 11am check out. I was hoping for 1pm. Not to worry.

Great boutique style hotel in a fabulous Zagreb location close to all the sights and dining options. The room we had was the smallest style in the hotel but was still very large and all the amenities are new. The staff are friendly and so helpful with advice and the breakfast is better than most hotels with a wider variety of food options (both hot and cold) than the usual cheese, cured meats and bread you will find at other places. Loved our stay at Hotel Park 45.

Great location, modern hotel
Clean and modern hotel with perfect location. Right on the Ilica, with on-site parking and bigger than usual rooms, this is a nice hotel. Friendly staff, too. All of the sights of Zagreb are right out your door and walkable.

I used to stay many times at this property. We are a couple and this time they decided to give us a room with two twin beds. We were too tired to change rooms. Anyway, I had a horrible sleep.

Exceptional boutique hotel
An affordably luxurious hotel experience with a chic personal touch. A good value, helpful and friendly staff; very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room. Treats include freshly baked croissants and homemade dishes, local cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from the farmer's market.

Central and quiet with great service.
I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in Zagreb. It is nicely located in walking distance of most POI and also by the tram line so arriving late from the airport was really easy. The staff was vais friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and I don't think missed even one. Recommended.

Best stay on Zagreb
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always rely on the staff to help with getting to know the area and sites, especially at a small family owned hotel. Hot breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Room was small but clean, and recently remodeled, including the bathroom. Price was reasonable. The entire hotel was recently remodeled, and nicely done in my opinion. We asked for a late checkout, which cost about $18, and which I thought was fair. We'll stay here again on our next visit. Definitely better than a chain hotel, unless you need a pool and gym. No pool and gym were the only negatives, but small hotels usually don't have them. Overall, a top hotel.

i wish i could have stayed longer!
i came to hotel park 45 after a bad experience and early check out from another local hotel. after explaining the situation, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my next night was much better (and they succeeded!). i really wish i’d planned for more time in zagreb to enjoy the room - the fixtures and technology seemed really new, my bed was super comfortable (and was larger than expected for a twin!), the AC was able to cool on a really hot day, it was quiet despite being so centrally located, and the TV was one of the largest i’ve ever seen in a hotel room. i had everything i needed for a good solo trip of sightseeing. the service team was great as well - i received the wake up calls i requested and since my flight was before breakfast hours, i had a to-go box waiting for me when i went downstairs to check out. last but certainly not least, i couldn’t find a mailbox at the airport to send a last minute postcard but i sent it to the hotel and they were kind enough to drop it in the box on my behalf. i am forever grateful and i’m so happy that i decided to stay at hotel park 45. it was the perfect ending for a wonderful vacation in croatia.

We had a great experience at Hotel Park 45. It is in a great location and our room was very quiet despite being near the center of town. The A/C worked extremely well and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Adequate place to stay. Honestly with the reviews I read I was expecting more. It has a great location location for walking. Parking is $10 Eiro a day. We thought it was included. Breakfast was very good. Fairly clean and adequate but not amazing. Carpets could use replacing. We chose a superior double room.

The greatest advantage to this hotel was the location and also parking availability if you are driving although they charge a fee if you need a vehicle it’s very convenient I didn’t try the food but besides that the rooms were clean and tucked all the boxes

Take this hotel!
Very good hotel in center of Zagreb. Almost all landmarks are on walking distance. Very kind personel good amenities and public but like it belongs to hotel, improves stay in Hotel Park 45.

New and updated hotel close to everything!
The room was very updated and had a great bathroom. The A/C worked great which seems like an impossible thing to find in Europe. The staff was very friendly and the helped us with knowing where to go for sight seeing and food. The location is great and close to all of the historical areas you would want to see. There is also a laundry facility (unrelated to the hotel) across the street which was nice since we wanted to wash some clothing while on our trip. Overall, great hotel!

Very good central location, walk everywhere. Friendly people and good breakfast. The downside is it is on the VERY noisy street. People are yelling and laughing till 5 am. But this is the price to pay to be in the center of the city.
