Zagreb

We had a one nite stop in Zagreb and the apartment was centrally located. The team were super helpful via WhatsApp. Location great to explore the streets and restaurants. Quite touristic location.

It was great to have such a nice place to stay with such a good view! Truly unexpected. Small things to help for next guests would be an ashtray for outside and paper towels and frying pan in the kitchen. The check in /out process was great. Maybe adjusting the listing on Expedia too so guests don’t think it’s another location becuase that was a little confusing. Otherwise we had a nice stay and great time in Zagreb! Thank you for everything!

Booked 2 nights. Didn’t even enter my room. Couldn’t find the room. Lift wasn’t working and it seems that’s the only way to get to the room. I asked for a full refund and was immediately denied

Absolut empfehlenswert - mitten in der Stadt!

Wir haben das City-Studio gebucht - ein Glückstreffer! Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war uns ein vorhandener Parkplatz wichtig, sowie die Stadtnähe. Hier hat alles perfekt gepasst. Das Auto (grosser SUV) konnten wir auf dem reservierten und Nachts abgeschlossenen Parkplatz abstellen. Zu Fuss sind es dann ca. 3 Minuten zum Apartment (quasi nur quer über den grossen Platz), gut machbar, auch mit grossen Koffern. Das City-Apartment befindet im 7. Stock (es hat einen Aufzug) und es besitzt einen Balkon mit einer hammer Aussicht über die Stadt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Das City-Apartment war ausreichend gross für uns zwei (zwei Nächte). Die Lampen haben nicht alle funktioniert, aber das scheint ein „allgemeines Problem“ überall Kroatien zu sein, wir sind da wahrscheinlich einfach verwöhnt… 😊 Alles in allem ein perfektes Appartement um sich in Zagreb (fast) wie Zuhause zu fühlen.

Basic but very clean room.

Basic room but very very clean and modern.Good location. Hassle having to remember the 2 codes needed to enter hotel then room. Missed not having a front desk for the just in case emergency.

Proche de tout, propre, spacieux mais…

Appartement bien placé, à 5min de la place principale et moins de 10min de la cathédrale de Zagreb. Le logement était spacieux, propre. La salle de bain moderne, mais non insonorisée. D’ailleurs du lit j’entendais dans la chambre voisine quelqu’un se moucher… soit les murs sont fins, soit c’était un éléphant 😅

Door keypad was painful

Two main issues... First, the room did not looknlikevthenpictutes. In other hotel ads two twins we’re together to make a double. In the Apartment there were two twins on opposite sides of the room. This was the first time my husband and I have slept apart in 30 years:/. Second, The door keypad was very finicky and tough to get in until we got the hang of it. Then in the morning husband had left the Apartment and when he started to come back in, mid keypad entering, I opened the door from the inside and the alarm went off and wouldn’t stop so I emailed the management company but didn’t hear back. Eventually we pressed enough buttons that it quit alarming g. (45 minutes of alarm later). In the meantime someone down the hall had the same thing happen. Basically, with no on-site management it was much more complicated.

Amazing!

Amazing place! You can not beat the views from this huge balcony! Apartment clean! Comfortable bed. And a washing machine, which we didn’t use, but not easy to find a rental with one. Thank Easy check in & out. Emails answered immediately…great and friendly communication. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it! This was our second visit here and we will return again!

The view from this apartment is beautiful! I love the sewing the church towers and hearing the church bells. The location is perfect. Plan to walk with your suitcases a bit to get there. There isn't much bathroom privacy FYI. Other than that the place is great.

入り口の暗証番号のメールが届かず、入り口前で何度もチャイムを鳴らしたり、メールを送ったり…大変でした。結果的に、迷惑メールのメールボックスにメールがきていたことが判明！他のメールはちゃんと受信ボックスに届いていたのに…なぜ。皆さんもお気をつけください！！ メールに気付いて入り口まで迎えに来てくださり、ことなきを得ました。営業時間外だったらヤバかったです。 アパートメンツに泊まるのは初めてだったので、本当に冷や冷やしました！こういう思いを絶対にしたくない方は、ホテルタイプを選択することをお勧めします。 エレベーターがあるのでスーツケースやベビーカーもなんなくOK。お部屋も広くて清潔でした。隣の部屋の声は結構聞こえます。

Check in and parking instructions are very clear. There is an elevator to get to the apartment. It's quite big overall however our bathroom needed serious renovations not like the ones seen in the pics. Our Shower was pretty small too but bedroom area was pretty spacious. Location is amazing!

Difficult to open the key box, stiff and difficult to hold down the black bits next to the keybox dial. There was no written instruction that my room is in the different building. The actual address of the room was never given beforehand, I didn't know it until I contacted the customer service to get help for opening the keybox for check-in. Took more than one hour to figure out.

Stanza piccolissima e dalla forma assurda senza nemmeno un armadio, pulizie MAI fatte in una settimana, bagno senza aspiratore (e finestre ovviamente), il tutto al prezzo di un hotel 4 stelle. Unica cosa la posizione, a 100 metri dalla piazza principale, quindi comodissima per andare ovunque.
