"I read some of the reviews of this hostel and i got scared! I had been taking night busses and hadn't slept in a bed in a while, so when i got here i asked to change my reservation to a private room w shared bathroom vs dorm. The person working had to check since i'd reserved through Expedia. She asked me to wait for up to an hour, but was able to resolve it in a few minutes. i had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly. There is no AC in the rooms so please make your choice with this...

"Superb experience the staff (Tiago) really took care as I had a heavy suitcase & he carried it up for me & made sure I had a lower bunk w’ a lower locker to fit it easily inside. Tiago is so attentive & compassionate Thankyou Tiago ✨💖✨for giving me a perfect room with a quiet & peaceful ambiance. Loved yr suggestion to visit the huge PARK just nearby which was a soul fulfilling surprise. Truly could not have asked for a better place! Will repeat. "Great super central location in Zagreb, within walking distance of everything, Comfortable pod style beds that give lots of privicey when sharing a dorm. The only problem is the wet room showers, it's hard to keep belongings dry in there as there are no shelves. "
