We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated with ample space. Had everything we needed for a few nights in Zadar. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, sunset watching and lots of restaurants nearby. Nice touches such as a nespresso machine with capsules, dishwasher, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms! Loved our stay here and would highly recommend to a family or group of friends.

We loved this apartment which had a feel of luxury, with the giant bathtub and cool artwork. The bed was very comfy and the whole space very well designed. Would definitely stay there again.

We were welcomed by Inga who shared a lot information about Zagreb old town . The apartment was lovely. Smart furnishings and good Manchester. It had a small functional kitchenette and small sitting room. The mezzanine bedroom was spacious and comfortable, Modern clean bathroom. We walked everywhere and had lots of cafes and restaurants to select from. A most enjoyable stay.

What a uniquely designed apartment, right on the heart of old town, with a soaking tub in the living room! Perfect for a 3-4 day stay. Just disappointed that we only had an overnight.

Inga is the type of apartment Manager everyone wants. Communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and a truly lovely person. The apartment is very central and yet a quiet haven. The amenities are also five star. Highly recommend

Beautiful and modern apartment in the center of Zadar. The place was very walkable from everywhere in the city, and Inga was so sweet in showing us all the best places to visit and eat in the city. The ac/heat was a little confusing for us, but we just opened the windows and it was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Very unique, stylish apartment in the old town. Beautiful interior, spacious and perfect for a night or even a few nights. Perfectly located right in the middle of town. Lots of amenities and the host was super attentive.

Great nights sleep
Great apartment in the middle of the old town of Zadar. Inga took the time to give us tips on what to see and where to eat which was much appreciated. The bed is possibly the most comfy we have slept in. The apartment is full of character.

Love the area this place is located. The supreme room has two very spacious beds. The inside is gorgeous with so much space ! Two beds and two bathrooms can not be beat! Everyone in this country is extremely helpful and kind

Good value in central location
The apartment on the first floor (one above ground floor), was cozy but well designed and comfortable, with a separate living room/kitchen as well as a second bed in a loft above (which we didn't use). Everything seemed new and clean and the kitchen had everything we could want for our two night stay given that we didn't cook and only had breakfast (although I never did find a microwave). Since this was on the first floor in the middle of old town, our view was a wall about 8 feet across the street. While the apartment was light, it never got any direct light and we had no view except the wall. There was also no elevator, so we had to carry our bags from the street up one long flight of stairs. What would have been very helpful were written directions about several things. Most importantly, since the apartment is in a pedestrian only area we could not drive to, it would have been great to receive in advance very clear directions about where to park and how to walk to the apartment. Instead, we exchanged several calls and texts and asked locals as we got near. It would also have been nice to have written directions for the appliances, especially the coffee maker (which stopped working after two cups of coffee) and a guide to TV stations (there were more than a thousand, but most didn’t work and I found only one in English).

Dear Mr Tim, thank you for taking your the time to review that you left. I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied. We sent you email day before your arrival with whole information and instructions about parking (3 addresses and link for city parking map). Probably you didn't checked your email. Also, the our accommodation is located on the first floor, in the center of Old city, in the historical palace, and we can't reconstruct the building according to our wishes, as it is determined by conservators.But gladly help to carry luggage to every guest. The microwave is in the kitchen cabinet next to the cups and glasses, and it is impossible not to see it, you had to drink somehow, and we showed you and opened every cabinet upon your check in and always remind guests to contact us for any questions you can have. Directions for the appliances is good suggestion, thank you. All the best. Dezign Apartments

Beautiful modern property with lots of character in old town! Great hospitality including cookies, beverages and brief introduction to town and parking. Great tip at where to park but space is hard to come by and is very tight! The church parking is indeed closest to the property. Great communication with the management via email and phone.
