"宿はとっても昭和レトロ感満載で楽しめました。白いグランドピアノに夜には暖炉を焚きちょっと鄙びたソファーでくつろいで雪景色を楽しみながら目薬茶を飲んでのんびりできます。部屋は新しくはありませんがとても広く茶の間とベットが分かれているのは寛ぎやすく好感が持てます。風呂は温泉で雪見風呂が楽しめました。なんと言っても飯は最高でした。大喰らいな私でしたが、十分な量と、タイミングを見計らって出てくる料理はみんな温かく美味しくいただけましたし、スタッフさんもサービスも愛想も良く素晴らしかったです。新しくて綺麗なお宿を希望の方には合わないかもしれませんが総じていいお宿だと思います。"

"Notre hôte était fort aimable et respectueux. Un verre de bienvenue. Il a accepté de garder nos valises le lendemain matin avant notre départ, pour que nous puissions visiter un temple. La literie est parfaite et les pieces sont très propres. A disposition brosse à dents, dentifrice, gel douche .. Restaurants, supérette, le temple Toshogu Shrine, le pont sacré Shinkyo et autres lieux touristiques très proches. La gare est à environ 25 minutes à pied tranquillement. "Conveniently located near the Nikko Toshogu Shrine and loved the private onsen. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Walkable to the main town and bus stops for sites (eg to Chuzenji) are very close. Staff are friendly and personal touches such as dropping us to the station for the onward journey was much appreciated. "

"服務很貼心細緻，令我們覺得有被細心照顧著的溫暖感受。我們的房間在4樓，能看到美麗的湖景，要離開時真是感到依依不捨。飯店裡沒有電梯，要爬的樓梯不少，但是上下樓有服務人員幫我們搬行李。這次住二晚，細細遊覽奧日光景色，非常美好的回憶。下次再來玩還會選擇這裡。"

"The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. "

"The highlight is definitely the breakfast, which was a truly great experience for those seeking an authentic Japanese ryokan. The view of the gardens there heightened the experience, and the public bath was modest but very nice and in a beautiful area. "We have a family stay during a trip to Nikko. The Hotel is far, and the road have many hard curves, but it was easy to find and worth the cost. The room is big enought to 4 people, warm, comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good and complete. We rented a car, and the parking is at the road in front of the hotel, and free. "

Walk up hill past Saitoh Dental Clinic. Walk to end of high stone wall on right. Continue past grassy area on right. A 2nd stone wall begins. Take right at first opening and bear right.
