"Da vi ankom, stod værten klar til at tage imod os. Han var meget hjælpsom under hele opholdet og svarede hurtigt, hver gang vi skrev til ham. Lejligheden har en rigtig god beliggenhed med en flot udsigt fra det ene soveværelse ud over poolen og havet. Der er desuden direkte adgang til stranden fra området, hvilket var en stor fordel. Man har også adgang til Prestige Prime, hvor der er masser af aktiviteter for børn. Der var børneanimation næsten hele dagen, to gode vandrutsjebaner og en dejlig...

"Lovely, clean room overlooking the black sea. The host was friendly and helpful accomodating our late night arrival. Her ebglish was very good. Parking was in the near by public lot. There was a walk up steps to the hotel. Nessebar is a quaint ancient small town to walk. Highly recommend the Panoramuc Blue."

"The parking is a misrepresentation, it’s on the street and anyone could mess with your vehicle. Buffet dinner is mediocre, and the promise of a sandy beach is a downright lie. You walk a few blocks to the beach and it is municipal, no lounger or sunshade. You are not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach. The staff definitely need retraining, as they try to bully you around. Loads of hotels closer to beach ….Melia.."

"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. "Het hotel is gelegen in een gebied vol resorts. Wij hadden een kamer in het hotel gebouw. Kamer was groot en schoon. Personeel aan de balie was bij het inchecken niet vriendelijk en stug. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en goed. Het was elke keer wel druk bij het ontbijt. Minpunten: de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en door de livemuziek is het niet prettig buiten zitten op het balkon omdat de muziek veel te hard staat. "
