Absolutely wonderful
Beautiful suite with wonderful service, a Cantonese speaking staff helped us out to find some restaurants when everything was closed. We had a really nice stay at Itsuki.

It was amazing but if you are staying just for one night. The second day, dinner & breakfast were not as good as the first night. It didn’t seem like a mean plan for customers who are staying the second night. In addition, the whole room smells like a fungus ( a bit) whenever I open the door to enter. Not sure it is because the weather or the facility itself.

Beauty and clean room. Love the breakfast and dinner they prepared for us. Pleasantly surprised that alcoholic drinks are free! The only area they need to improve is to have their servicing staff explained the food they served.

We had a wonderful traditional Japanese house with indoor and an outdoor hot spring bath. It was truly relaxing to stay there. The hotel breakfast offer was really good as well: both continental and traditional versions were delicious. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

The room Yamaboushi was more like a villa/house. So huge with plenty of space to hang out. There were two toilets with an onsen-style shower. There was also an outdoor onsen but it was too cold to dip outside. All private onsen within the room. The temperature of the onsen is adjustable. Dinner was awesome, fine dining style with private room. Breakfast as well. Healthy food made from local produce. Walking distance to Yufuin village. Highly recommended.

Cannot found their place by Their phone number , almost lost the first day, luckily v went there earlier at five, still hv light, and the other day, we ask the receptionist about the map code of the hotel! It may be easy to go there by public transportation and not drive by our own. room is ok, food is ok but I won’t say very good

Very nice place
The hotel is not very close to the train station, but it is walkable. If you take taxi, it's less than 1000 yen and takes around 3~4 minutes. The service is very good and the place is very nice too. I love both the indoor and outdoor private onsen.

Excellent property design , ample parking . Private onsen in the unit, very well designed and comfortable. Room spacious with coffee machine and large living area if you wish to have some drinks there. Food served at breakfast and dinner are like Japanese fine dining, well decorated. Highly recommended hotel.

Good hotel for relaxation
This hotel is a bit far away from the shopping street and JR station, but the room is in very good condition and with very spacious bed room and family room. The privat onsen, the dinner and breakfast were great, we really enjoyed our stay.

정말 좋은 료칸이였습니다. 독채로 있어 사생활이 보장되어서 좋고, 날씨가 화창했기 때문에 숙소풍경 주위도 아름다웠습니다. 다른 사람들의 후기보고 저녁 코스요리를 걱정했는데 걱정과 다르게 아주 알맞게 조리된 일본식 요리들을 대접 받아 만족스러웠습니다.

베테이 이츠키는 두 번째 묵었는데, 유후인의 다른 료칸을 묵어본 적이 없어서 비교하긴 어렵지만 그 값어치를 충분히 하는 료칸이라고 생각합니다. 멋진 하루였습니다.
