Meal is tasty but small portion for men. The hotel area is a bit small. And the hotel is quite far from the station.

Open air bath not worth it
Far from shopping district. We stayed in room with an open air bath. Feel dissappointed with the small "bath tub design" open sir bath as we expected to see a more natural onsen. Otherwise, the room and dinner were both satisfactory

Everything is fine,we have private onsen in our room, for the price we paid was a good deal, a bit far from the station, but you can call for pick up

除交通不便外，隔音不太好，住地下會比較多嘈音。但房內環境滿意，露天風呂亦很好，食物好味。因為要早上七點離開，員工也會主動提出送往車站及早餐轉為便當外帶的服務，整體令人滿意。

今回はあえて夕食は外に食べに行きました。 スタッフの方が駅まで送りましょうか？と言って下さったのですが、散策もしたかったので歩いてぶらぶらと居酒屋さんを探し、帰りはほろ酔いで帰って丁度良かったです。 露天風呂付きのお部屋でしたが、お湯加減も良く、何度も入れるところが良かったです。 お風呂上がりにドリンクサービスなど自由にでき、快適な旅になりました！

價錢比較是非常合理，房間清潔乾淨👍服務好👍食 物如果我地坐下先出菜會好好多，因為一早預備好食物在枱上所有食物都攤凍，除了點著小小火煮牛肉煱，感覺有熱的食物，其他有點失望

這間溫泉酒店地點較為遠點，房間整潔並設有有綠荼的薰芳香味，早餐晚餐豐富，有露天獨立溫泉，缺點就是我住2樓，搬行李要上落樓梯較為吃力⋯⋯

員工友善 有車接送前往車站，不過步行亦不辛苦 膳食良好 風呂享受一流 入住時，客人並不多，因此能享用全部露天風呂。

일단 전반적으로 다 맘에들었습니다. 대중탕 포함 야에 온천도 평일이라 그런지 개인욕탕처럼 쓸수있었고, 직원분들 서비스는 최상이라고 말하고 싶습니다. 호텔 앞 경치도 너무너무좋았고 위치도 자전거타고 10분정도로 가까웠구요. 특히 식사 아주 만족했습니다. 꼭 가이세키 드세요! 사케 가격도싸고 가성비 매우 최곱니다.

유후인역에서 공중전화로 전화 걸면 송영버스가 데리러옴
1층 개인온천 있는 방에서 묵었습니다. 1층이였지만 산도 보이고, 온천이 있어 운치도 있어 좋았습니다. 가이세키는 배부르게 많이 나왔습니다만 부모님 모시고 가실 분들은 따로 한국음식 준비해 가시는 걸 추천드립니다. 부모님 입맛엔 아니신 듯 합니다. 온천은 물이 아주 좋다까지는 아니지만 그럭저럭 좋았습니다. 전세탕은 야외에 있어서 모기를 많이 만났네요. 그리고 개인온천 있는 방을 선택하신 분들은 밤에 온천하실 때 조심하세요. 밤에 온천하려고 창문 열었더니 거미랑 눈마주쳐서 그냥 자러갔습니다...그 외에는 ㄱㅊㄱㅊ

방이 넓고, 깨끗하며 직원들 정말 친절합니다. 특히 개인노천탕은 너무너무 좋았어요~ 하지만 가이세키는 제 입맛에는 안맞았고, 치명적인 단점은 층간소음이에요.. 2층을 되어있어서 걸어다니는 소리가 다 들려요, 제가 숙박했을때는 위에서 아이들이 있는지 하루종일 돌아다녀서 시끄러웠습니다. 하지만 이런 단점이 있더라도, 방 컨디션이 좋고, 개인노천탕이 너무 좋아서 다시 오고싶네요. ^^

스탭들이 다들 친절하긴 했지만... 대욕장에 처음 들어갔을 때 체크인 시간 이후.. 오후 4~5시경임에도 불구하고 조명도, 난방도 전혀 켜 있지 않아 음침하고 추웠으며, 실내탕인데도 물이 미지근했어요. 처음엔 엉뚱한 창고같은 데 문을 잘못 열고 들어왔나 해서 놀랐어요. 1층의 노천탕 딸린 방에 묵었는데 방의 노천탕도 미지근했어요... 또, 건물이 2층 목재건물이라 그런지 위층에서 쿵쾅거리는 발걸음 소리가 적나라하게 들려 시끄러웠습니다. 음식은 무난해요.
