The annex was just perfect for a special family trip with kids. The service was incredible. Will definitely go back.

Fabulous!
It was the best Japanese style Ryokan I’ve ever stayed!! Especially open air bath (Rotenburo) with Mt. Yufu view was wonderful!

The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. One more special point is the staff would bring us to the facilities instead of just showing the map. And, my package included half board, they also introduce the food no matter in dinner or breakfast, so considerated. Highly recommend!

Wonderful onsen
The baths have wonderful views. The meals are very generous portions. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gardenias in the gardens are beautiful and very fragrant. Good walking distance from the town or cheap cab fare.

전반적으로 좋았음 특히 노천탕이 멋졌음 아쉬운점은 히터소리가 잠을 설칠정도로 시끄러웠고 체크아웃하고 떠날때 아무도 인사해주는 사람없이 아주 어색하게 거길 나옴

최고의 온천 숙소, 바이엔 가든 리조트
일본 여행을 많이 했으나 바이엔 가든 리조트 만큼 만족스러운 숙소는 없었습니다. 깨끗하고 쾌적한 숙소와 친절한 직원분들은 마음을 편하게 했으며 저녁식사 아침식사는 꼭 경험해 보시라고 추천 드립니다. 그리고 무엇보다 따뜻하고 깨끗한 수질과 아름다운 자연과 어울리는 야외 목욕탕은 꼭 경험해 보시길 바랍니다. 유후인이 아름다운 마을이지만 그 중에 최고는 바이엔 가든 리조트입니다. 또 방문하겠습니다.

房間沒有獨立浴室，只可去温泉的浴室沖涼。整間酒店環境優美，但有樓梯要行，對行動不便的長者有點困難。晚餐及早餐都很豐富及美味。

여유롭게 온천하면서 릴렉스하기 좋아요
조용한 시골에서 여유롭게 온천하고 맛있는 것 먹고 편안하게 릴렉스하기 좋습니다. 1일은 짧고 3일은 좀 지루할 수 도 있을 것 같아서 저희 가족은 2일 머물렀습니다. 직원분들 다 친절하시고 음식도 전반적으로 괜찮았는데 첫날 식사는 좀 더 외국인에 맞게 둘째날은 좀 더 일본인에 맞게 준비한 것 같았어요.

3대가 모두 만족한 숙소
부모님 모시고 만3세 아이와 가족여행 다녀왔습니다. 료칸은 모두 처음 가봤는데 너무 좋은 추억으로 남았습니다. 친절하시고, 깨끗하고, 편안하고, 음식도 정성스럽게 준비해주시고, 정말 감사했습니다. 부모님이 유후인 가게 된다면 다시 가고 싶다고 하시네요^^

一泊朝夕2食付き　一名2万4千円のプランで利用しました。お料理が修学旅生を思わせる内容で質が悪く大変残念でした。母親の80歳のお祝いにと思い期待して行きましたがとても残念な旅になります悲しいです。記念日で訪れる方にはお勧めできないと思います。
