"Shuttle access could have been easier. The desk in arrival hall did not have any pictures or know the exact signage words to navigate nor. Room was very clean amd nice view. Provided water machine in hallway and bottle in room which is good eco choice. Shower/bathroom leaked into walking area. Downstairs restaurant had not food and not even 8pm so had to go upstairs and pay much more. Sadly, had to leave before i could see breakfast."

"I gave this hotel a 5 star rating. I'm very happy with this hotel, whether it's location, cleaniness, amenities, staff, and value for money, they're excellent. Hotel is centrally located on the HK island side with Wan Chai station or Admiralty station nearby. Downstairs is a shopping center and hotel has a nice swimming pool. The room is spacious compare to others in HK. I think the best is the shower room. The water pressure is very good and the overhead shower makes you feel like under a waterfall. I would book this hotel again if I go to HK."

"Staff explained well that bottled waters are not provided anymore here and they have a in-room water filter gadget that’s quite easy to use. We got use to using it in no time. Great location. View is good even with the partial harbour view."
