"Great checkin, smooth and efficient, the young lady on the bar was excellent, polite, professional and friendly. The 2 rooms were poorly finished in that, no spoons for the tea making facilities, no shower gel or hand wash soap in the dispensers in room 220 and no hand wash soap in the dispenser for room 219, I did mention this to the reception lady at checkout, otherwise superb."
