Weekend seeing daughter at University of York
"Hotel undergoing renovations so check in was difficult for disabled guests as no wheelchair access. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful . Lots of parking available for free and very handy for York central and racecourse."

Prachtig hotel, slecht ontbijt
"Heel mooi hotel dicht bij het centrum van York. Makkelijk te belopen. 2 éénpersoonsbedden waren zo geregeld. Alleen het ontbijt is heelmerg duur en summier, slecht. Roerei gemaakt van poeder, weinig keuze maar we £20!!"

Comfortable stay close to centre.
"Great location near to city centre and train station . Beds comfortable and a wonderful shower. Able to leave cases after check out to collect later. Would definitely return. Didn't use bar or restaurant so can't comment but bar looked ok, with view over the river. Supermarket nearby."
