"Jay and the manager were wonderful! Funny, full of great information, and they made us feel so welcome and at home. The french toast bread pudding at breakfast was delicious, the Ship Pub is so fun for happy hour, and our dinner at 1637 was delightful with a beautiful view. We added the cheese/fruit/cracker plate to our room and it was so yummy and perfect for late night munchies!"

"Everything was beautiful!! Your staff was so accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately we did not have ocean view. I was unable to get that….I must have booked too late. Our room was very clean, neat and tidy. I have been going to York Beach for over 45 years. It’s my “zen”. I’m fortunate to have relatives that live near Nubble Light. Always a chance to spend time with them while I’m here. Your location is perfect for that. We had our “happy hour” at your bar both Friday and Saturday...

"Staff were super friendly in the bar, dining area, and coffee shop. The room was clean. Note that if you stay in the historic inn portion you are in the middle of the part of the hotel where parties occur, meaning its loud and you walk past random people to your room. There is a bar/dining area in the fist floor, second is event rooms, tha small staircase takes you to the hotel room. "I not only loved the location of this hotel but its boutique style environment. We were there just before Christmas and the lounges were decorated with Christmas decorations the fireplace going all day and night. The room was beautifully designed and quaint. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommended."
