"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。また利用したいです。"

"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. "Having just stayed at Hoshinoya Tokyo, I had high expectations. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Tokyo is clinical. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Okinawa is questionable. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But no staff ever come and tidy up people's leftover towels etc. However, I would return."

"Not a lot around for selection of food choices outside the resort. Resort food was good, but got tired of eating the same thing over and over. This resort did not charge my kids to go to the executive lounge, it was included in the room rates. Some other resorts only gave two passes to the lounge, so call and make sure, so you dont have surprises when checking in. Recommend the executive suites, nice perk to have and you are on the higher floor as well. Teenage kids would enjoy this resort's water park and pool. Overall, great value."

"Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. With breakfast provided, and a meal allowance, we were well fed throughout. Breakfast alone included bread basket, smoothies, appetiser plate, main, soup and a fruit combo. They even offered champagne as part of breakfast. From 2pm every day, they also served free cakes and snacks in the lounge. The staff were super attentive, and checked with us daily on our meal plans. The rooms were very clean, spacious for our family of five. The bath tubs were ginormous. Toiletries were generously well stocked. The outdoor jacuzzi in our villa was awesome. The hotel had a super relaxed and chill vibe. Simply the best of Japanese hospitality. Do take note that there is a daily charge for parking."
