Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Booked 2 rooms. 1st room #2650 had stained carpets, frayed at the seam, grout in bathroom looked dirty, walls scuffed up. 2nd room #2651 smelled of body odor right when you opened the door. Tried to change rooms, but was told hotel all booked up. Staff finally smelled it and the room got changed. ...

Great location attached to the airport for an early flight. Clean hotel, eady to check in using self service machine. Shame Ned and pillow was so hard it prevented me from sleeping.
