Our room was on the first floor, with view at the pool. The curtains did not block the light out very well so our room was rather bright at night. Did not sleep well because of this. Also a shame that smoking is allowed in the outdoor seating areas.

Had a wonderful stay at adisthana. Felt so homey after a long day full of adventures. They had a really calming atmosphere and the hotel is close to town. Loved it!

Comfortable and clean hotel with great access to surrounding restaurants and shops. The staff helped organise a motorcycle rental and allowed us to keep luggage there for 24 hours after checking out. Only downside is no window to outside from the bedroom, just to the courtyard swimming pool which offers less privacy with the curtains open. Otherwise really lovely.

Cozy Hotel at reasonable price
it is a cozy hotel with dorm rooms for those who need cheap stay. It was Overall friendly and comfortable stay. The location is also good where lots of restaurants and cafes are located. The street behind this hotel is actually busy one with lots of foreigners.

Nice hotel, toilet smell bad sometimes, had problems with key card few times that I had to go all the way from level 2 to lobby to fix the card, housekeeping didnt refill the shower gel once. Location is good, many choice of restaurants closeby.

Great place
I really like the hacienda style of the hotel. The textiles are also beautiful and the pool big enough to swim a few laps. The staff is friendly and the reception and common area nice for hanging out. AC works well. Location is excellent. I will stay again. On the con side, the rooms are a bit small and bathroom cramped. When on the toilet your feet are in the shower, so if you just showered they will get wet. The desk is quite small and cluttered so not suitable to work. The rooms are a bit dark because you only have the glass doors opening to the patio as window and you might want to draw the curtains for privacy. There is very little space around the pool for hanging out. It can be a bit loud from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms as well as from the pool. But this is all reflected in a good price

Beautiful pool. Great location - on one of two parallel streets with lots of tourist restaurants and shopping. Great staff- very helpful! Cute place. The rooms was nice enough but not 5 star- needs a fresh coat of paint and more windows. The restaurant was very good but breakfast was just okay. For westerners I think they could add yogurt, and eggs/ bacon. My main complaint is one I have with all hotels in Indonesia: the staff leaves the doors open when they clean the room so mosquitoes get in. They bite us all night so we can't sleep and we are afraid of the diseases they carry- so we just have to ask them not to clean our room. - best if you have staff try not to let bugs in.

Great hotel and good value. Staff were very friendly and arranged a visit to Borobudur for us. The cafe had lovely food and there are other places to eat and drink nearby. Would return.

This place was good value. Quite a few hairs in the bathroom. Check in staff could have been friendlier, quite snooty and not as welcoming as most places in Indonesia. Pool was fine for a quick dip.

Depends what room you get given
They first put us in a room that was old with a strong smell of damp. After 1 night we asked to change which they did so without any fuss. The new room was a lot better in terms of the smell and overall condition however the bedding on some nights smelt of damp (they changed them once requested). The staff were friendly but not overly helpful with recommendations about the local area so don't expect too much assistance from them. Also the breakfast choice is very basic but adequate but stay away from the salad. We found a bug live caterpillar in ours so obviously they don't rinse the veg beforehand.

So-So Breakfast
My only comment is on their breakfast selection - 1. WELCOME DRINK - very sweet; 2. KOKO KRUNCH & CORN FLAKES which are not original. They served cheap & tasteless cereals; 3. ENGLISH BREAKFAST - Beef bacon & omelette were very salty and made me so thirsty for hours.

Quiet and good access to restaurants & transport
Walking distance to good range of restaurants with Indonesian and Western meals. Tourist info also easy to access. Cheap taxi ride to Malioboro Street and the Kraton. Becak ride also interesting but once or twice is enough as riding amongst the traffic, heat and pollution is not so nice.

Stay for 2 nights. The staffs were helpful. Service was amazing. The decor is so nice. Stayed in female dorm which is just beside the lobby. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. A great stay and if I to return to Yogyakarta will definately stay here again.

The hotel design is really nice, there's a touch of traditional but yet it's modern. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved, the floor was really slippery even though it was my first time using it. One thing that i was not happy about is the breakfast. There was not many options and it taste terrible. Overall, it was okay..

Good price, nice hotel but not so clean
Very nice hotel decoration, super comfy bed. Downside was the cleanliness of the room. When we checked in there was lots of hair in the room and bathroom. Also they let people sell sarongs or other things around the pool, i.e. putting the sarongs on display on the pool chairs ( just so you know there are only 4 of them) so we could not fully enjoyed the pool. a bit disappointed

Very recommended budget hotel in Jogja. Very comfy and locatef in not too crowded area. A bit far from malioboro.

Simply loved me hotel stay. Courteous and very helpful staff. It is quaint boutique hotel and the rooms are simply gorgeous. The food at the restaurant is delicious. If you looking at a place for Yogya, look no more. This is the best!

Petit hôtel charmant, piscine magnifique et personnel accueillant ! Nous y avons séjourné avec mon compagnon pendant deux nuits et nous avons adoré le bâtiment en lui-même mais également le personnel toujours très gentil et prêt à vous aider ou à vous donner des recommandations. L'ambiance est détendue et le petit déjeuner très varié (vous trouverez des plats indonésiens au buffet :)

Hôtel confortable et très bien situé
Hôtel très confortable et parfaitement situé dans un endroit un peu branché de Yogyakarta. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Piscine très jolie et bien agréable en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner sans intérêt en dépit de la salle qui elle est bien décorée. Un petit bémol, sûrement victime de son succès l'accueil est assez médiocre et contraste vraiment avec le reste de l'Indonésie.
