Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Thank you.

The people at the desk were all very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel is very near to a shopping mall and near the downtown (taxis are very inexpensive)

Anna, the receptionist, was such a breath of fresh air. We arrived very late in the evening and she arranged our transit and made our check in a seamless process. The cleaners were amazing and our rooms were spotless everyday. There is 24/7 security in the building and you cannot enter without a key. It made traveling with 5 women easy and comfortable. I even forgot my pair of jeans at our room and Anna was gracious enough to ship it back to the states for me. Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment more. It was a home away from home. To make things better, we were only 6-7 minutes away from the Republic Square. Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at RIS DALMA!

The apartment is top class, has everything you need and more. Mariam the general manager is excellent. She cares about people and has a personal touch. It has a mall next to it which is convenient but it is away from the heart of the city and you need a taxi to get in though a very short ride. Otherwise the area around is not very appealing. They need higher speed internet as Netflix doesn't work and even YouTube is sluggish and cable TV did not work.

Fantastic apartments - Incredible staff
This place is not really a hotel in the traditional sense, it’s a group of fully serviced apartments in a multi-purpose building. But if that’s what you’re looking for, RIS Dalma is absolutely the best you’ll find. Apartments are tastefully decorated and are so complete in terms of equipment and amenities that you’ll want to live there forever. Staff are very friendly and professional and really go out of their way to help guests. In particular, I want to thank Maryam at the reception for being an amazing help every time. There is a large shopping mall a few steps away, which has a large supermarket for everything you’ll need.

This property has everything you need! It feels like you are at your home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location is perfect. It is right next to Dalma mall, which also has a very big supermarket. It is located at the center of yerevan so very close to everything. I will definitely stay here next time. I dont have any negative things to say about this place. Oh the bed might not feel comfortable but that is normal because when you are used to your own bed mostly every bed might not feel comfortable as your. Overall very good place to stay!!!

Worth every penny
This hotel is brand new and very well disgned. Everything from the staff to linnens and amenities are really great. Also the view this hotel offers is one of the best in Yerevan. The only small issue I can find is the location not being in the city center. But with the Dalma mall right next door, there is never a shortage of taxis even in the early morning.

Это одно из лучших мест, где нам доводилось отдыхать!!! Цена супер приемлемая за такого уровня апартаменты! Очень понравилось!!! Была бы возможность, остались бы жить ;))) все очень удобно и продумано для гостей! Есть базовые необходимые ингредиенты для готовки, масло, специи, чай, кофе! Очень приятно, что думают о гостях. Если вы на машине, то это идеальная локация!!! Если будем в Ереване, остановимся снова!

Отличный номер, чисто, много русскоязычных телеканалов, шустрый вай фай, рядом большой торговый центр, где есть супермаркет. До центра полчаса пешком или 8-10 минут на такси. Отдельное спасибо ребятам на ресепшн. Настоятельно рекомендую!

Excellent serviced apartment
This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation from RIS. It is very reasonable price compared with other travel agency.
