"The rooms and breakfast were pretty decent. But on the last day, when one of our friends were getting out to get breakfast- he was closing the door and the handle came off. The housekeeping informed the receptionist - who took a look and left. We did not think much of it - as we had done nothing - except that it would have been a faulty handle in the first place. "The place was wonderful. The staff (only one person) was very helpful to recommend many things to do including bus and marchuteny route numbers. Very close to the center of town - located inside an apartment building (shank) that local people live in - real homey and genuine. Wonderful fresh cut flowers in the room and live rooms on the window sill. Will stay here again."

"Very friendly staff. I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!! There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead. There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean. I gave full star as it was really cheap...

The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition.
