Really Elegant place to have a nice vacation, newly opened big playground for children which makes family stays more pleasant. Nice and caring staff.

Good place but bad wifi
The location of the hotel and the hotel itself is very good.Their pool and sauna is a nice addition. Place looks like it has been recently renovated. We were just disappointed with the service. Their wifi is not working for our whole stay.The signal is not reaching the rooms. Even in common areas, connecting to their wifi is such a hassle. The bathtub does not have a drain cover so it is unusable. We called the reception if they can fix it but they said that we should wait until the maintenance could come. It is just a simple drain cover, they could have gotten from other rooms, nothing so technical and could have been remedied immediately.

complete worth of money. indoor pool is the highlight. however, distinguish the floors were pretty confusing in the beginning but would definitely love to go back to the property again.

Elegancki, nowoczesny i wygodne hotel
Obiekt elegancki i nowoczesny. Pokoje wygodne i gustownie urządzone. Smaczne śniadania. Bardzo miły i życzliwy personel. Przy hotelu znajduje się wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego. Co godzinę busik zawozi narciarzy na stok.

Удобный, красивый отель
Хороший отель, отзывчивый персонал. На гору был организован трансфер, можно было выбрать время отъезда. Из небольших минусов - по вечерам из ресторана была слышна музыка, но к 23:00 или даже раньше все успокаивалось.

Hotel economico e con buoni servizi
L'hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed è una buona scelta per la località sciistica (e turistica) di Tsaghkadzor. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Eccellente prima colazione. L'hotel è dotato di una piscina coperta (esterna rispetto alla struttura) con sauna, di una sala giochi per bambini, e di una palestra, peraltro con pochi macchinari malfunzionanti. Si possono raggiungere facilmente la seggiovia e gli impianti sciistici, comunque poco distanti, con un servizio di navetta gratuito.
