Most of the staff was great, but the night receptionist had a bunch of his friends over making a bunch of noise until around 1am. Due to the layout of the hotel,their voices echoed through the stairwell. When I asked them to please keep it down, I was met with sarcastic responses and no attempt to keep the noise down. Would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep.

Great breakfast, clean room in superb location
Fantastic location, super central and walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. Breakfast was really nice and a huge bonus. Room was a bit small but it was clean and comfortable. It was a bit unorganized in the beginning as I couldn't check in at the designated check-in time because they were "waiting for the laundry". When I finally did get to check in, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the duvet was just a pile in the closet. After that, the rest of the stay was quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I come back to Yerevan

The location is close to the city's main square. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel provides very good airport transfer services and has 24-hour front desk. The free Wi-Fi connection is very good. The room heating system works very well. There are mini fridge and tea maker in the room. The breakfast is good. Due to an early morning flight, the staff prepared me a breakfast box. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.

Central location, friendly you staff, good price
The central location is the perfect starting point by walk to practically everywhere in the city centre. I had the quiet Superior Double Room with balcony on third floor, which was spacious. TV has a large range of channels (also international), breakfast from 8 till 10:30hrs is decent and enough for the day. Young receptionists are friendly, English speaking and helpful. Prices in February with roughly 20 EUR per night were unbeatable.

Centrally located, correct hotel, friendly staff
Centrally located, this budget hotel is the best choice with regards to the value you receive for your money. My Superior Double room with balcony was very spacious, so was the bath room, breakfast offers enough - cold and hot - to start the day. Young friendly and English speaking staff.

The hotel was great. A budget hotel for sure, but it was clean, the room had obviously been renovated in the past few years. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was extremely happy that i stayed at this hotel

The entire hotel has a bad odour and the rooms are dated. My bathroom wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was mould on the tiles and the free wifi is terrible. It works for 5 minutes and then it needs to be reset and so on and so forth. I called the reception like 10 times before I decided to just give up! Absolutely would not recommend unless you’re desperate!

One of the worst hotels of my life
This small hotel had potential but unfortunately the service and misinformation ruined it all. I read that there was 24 hour check-in (the reason I booked this hotel). Apparently that meant 24 hours starting from 2 p.m., as I was told on arrival. Wow. There was no heating the first night and it was absolutely freezing. There was a strong smell of smoke periodically. No one cleaned my room on the first day even though I was gone the entire time. The t.v. didn't work. One staff member was shockingly rude. Overall, a terrible experience.

The mentioned information at website claims, that we have 24 hours front-desk, but it is international policy for all hotels that check-in starts at 2pm and to check-in right upon your arrival you should have booked the previous day of your arrival as well. Your room was cleaned before your check-in and all the days starting from your second day. You did not tell us, that the TV is not working. Actually, it was just configuration problems, not major issues. We also did a meeting with our staff and informed them to be more attentive to guest requests. Thank you once again. Your review helps us to improve our services.

Make sure you navigate the address. Property has a false map indication, be aware Map shows one direction, the actual address once you navigate is elsewhere. Expedia offered no help

Nice place for a short Yerevan visit.
Nice simple little hotel in a good location. Very walkable area. Lots of restaurants close by. They were able to arrange a private car and driver for me for a couple of tours. They can arrange for English speaking guides too, if you wish (I did not).

Very good location in the very city centre
Even if the reservation stated "access to balcony" there was no such access (unless only through window). Asked for a quieter room to the back side of the hotel, which was not possible. TV offered large variety of channels, also English speaking ones. Otherwise correct breakfast offer, very good location in the city centre of Yerevan.

Small boutique hotel in very convenient location. Offers "no-frills" experience but a good deal for the price. Quiet street within 5 mins walk to the Republic Square. Rooms are basic, but has a fully stocked bar and good AC (important in Erevan). Staff are young and inexperienced but friendly and try to be helpful. Building itself is dated, however, inside the room it did not feel out of date. Satellite TV was a great bonus with lots of channels. Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.

Small hotel near the Republic Square (3 mn
We’ve booked 3 rooms for the same price but got 3 different size rooms, one of which was too small. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic and could be more diverse. All in all the experience was not bad compared to the price we’ve paid.

Good choice!
A small and simple hotel that provides basic necessities to travelers. No lift or elevator in the hotel. Location is good with many nearby eateries and a 24-hr minimart! Staff and driver are friendly and helpful.

Simple, clean, friendly
All the staff spoke english, it was clean the bed has a cheap mattress. All the staff were friendly and someone was available 24/7. If you have a bad back, beware. The rooms were small but had a place for clothes, fridge, etc. It is a safe location near enough the main square. The breakfast in the morning in the hotel cafe was fine, nothing exciting but acceptable.

Centrally located hotel in Yerevan
We spent four nights at this hotel. We were able to walk to almost all the sites in Yerevan. The hotel also organised a private tour for us using their own vehicle.

Qcomfortable small hotel in good location
My only warning would be to not use this hotel if you have difficulty with stairs because it has no elevator. Other than that, it's a great little hotel with a nice large room and nice big bathroom. Location is really good in nice neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We got a great price and would stay there again for that rate. Staff wa very friendly and helpful. Had to leave too early to have their breakfast, but they made up a coupe of sandwiches to take with us at 3:00 am.

This hotel had good location close to republic square which is center of city. Jane and nirobey were speaking good english and were so helpful.

Nice hotel but noisy.
Nice hotel in good position with delightful helpful staff, no traffic noise, but there are no doors between the lobby and the stairs. All surfaces on the stairs are hard, with no carpets, so whenever anyone speaks or goes up the stairs it is very loud in the room. I moved up a floor which was better. If people arrive during the night it is very disturbing. I'm sorry to write this because otherwise its a great hotel but really only suitable for deaf people or people who wont get back until late.

Many good points: very central location, clean/new rooms and bedding, top noch service, tasty breakfast included, nice restaurant, I had a private room and I was even offered free transfert from and to airport (?!) Not so good points: Hotel goes to 3rd floor with no lift, no TV in the room, and a small desk and chair would have been appreciated in the room. All in all, very good pleasant experience.

Nice and friendly hotel close to Republic Square
My stay at city centre hotel was very satisfying. The hotel is a nice modest building on a nice neighborhood next to a park and is close walking distance from Republic Square. The rooms are decent and equipped with Air Condition units and mini fridges. The toilets are decent and there's hot water 24/7. The room was prepared and cleaned as usual. The staff was extremely nice and they were always helpful. The breakfast cafe/resto place "muscat" is stuck to the hotel and is based on a menu with delicious items. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the absence of an elevator. However, the stairs aren't that high; it's a relatively easy climb, especially if your room is on the first floor.
