"I only have good things to say about my stay at Sky Guestel (at Sky World)! It was super easy to check in, the communication was clear and they sent all the information in advance. The room was so clean!!! They provided everything for a comfortable stay. There were a fridge, kettle, microwave, little soaps and individual toothpaste. The bedding was clean, the towels were clean. "Expedia staff and hotel staff were great at resolving my issue. But please use caution at this property. The hotel is on the AIRSIDE of the airport and if you pass immigration, you can not go back. This was not well explained in the hotel description at time of booking. That's why 3 stars. I do appreciate the work from Expedia and hotel staff for a quick resolution."

"Hotel is decent, only stayed one night. Relatively clean but the in room carpets are not. There was a wet spill on the carpet causing a foul smell in the room"

"It is very secluded and about 20 minutes from Incheon international Airport by taxi. The room had a great view of the ocean. The breakfast was excellent, but there was little or no opportunity for lunch or dinner. The staff was very helpful."
