"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Excellent value."

"We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and blaming Expedia for giving us a low price. I told him that wasn’t our problem—we booked through the platform and expected a room suitable for 5. He offered us another room only after charging us an extra 20,000 dram. "What a delightful hotel, nestled in the hills high above Ijevan, and close to mountain trails. We received a warm welcome and made to feel at home. A highlight was to try some local wines before dinner each day, sitting on the terrace looking across the valley. There was an extensive menu with many delicious dishes, freshly prepared for us. We enjoyed meeting our host Ani who speaks excellent English. She and Movses went above the call of duty give us a wonderful experience at Kanach Tun."
