Great location. Grabbed tacos at the nearby boat house and walked along the shore of the lake. Perfect stopover on our way from Yellowstone to Grand Teton/Jackson.
Rooms were basic but clean. Location is perfect for all day time activities around the park. Staff was all students who had little experience dealing with things in a timely manner.
Cute lodge rooms by Yellowstone Lake. Fantastic views over the lake from the Restaurant. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Quieter part of the Park bit close to the lower loop.
Clean room, nice view and yummy restaurant.
i wish the room has more amenities like microwave. that would be helpful with leftover

Great location and the staff was very friendly with great customer service. You know you’re going to pay more to be in the park, but I would expect more for the money.

Location is nice. Rooms are small . Not family friendly . No microwave.
The rooms were small but spotlessly clean and housekeeping were excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great for exploring Yellowstone. The reception staff were very helpful and the serving staff in the restaurant were good. There are no facilities for cooking in the rooms and the only option on site is the restaurant, the lakeside restaurant was not open. The food was OK but there was little choice and you must book to be sure of a table
Not a great place to stay relax and dine, but convenient and inside the park. Dining sucks.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆
The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Yellowstone, as it's inside the park. The staff at both the front desk and the dining areas were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The breakfast had very limited vegetarian options. Our room had an unpleasant smell, the table fan was broken, and the coffee maker wasn't working. Also, there was only one microwave for guests, located in the camper services area, which was a bit far from our room and inconvenient.
Overall, the location and staff were great, but the room maintenance and amenities could be improved.
The hotel is by the Yellowstone Lake and it is nice but there is no A/C or TV in the room. The room is rather small. The shower is very tight, can barely move in there. WiFi is fair, it works most of the time. Breakfast is not included and it is expensive, $25.00 per person. There is only one restaurant and the menu is very limited. Expensive too. The general store is good, has lots of snacks and souvenirs. There is also food in there, with some options for breakfast (only 1) and lunch. Another option to eat is the Lake House, but they only serve tacos. Overall very quiet and peaceful.
First room bathroom was not clean, hair, dirt, and cobwebs in bathroom. Second room was about as bad, hair on the walls in bathroom and finger nails. Whole room very worn and NOT cleaned well. Surface “clean” only. After second room change just put up with it because there were no lodging alternatives. Restaurants weren’t great bravo place was okay and food came out fast but very mediocre. “Nicer” restaurant for breakfast was not good. Server was nice, food was on par with a free hotel breakfast but you pay a premium for a buffet that doesn’t include everything that is advertised, and the food that was out was edible but not what I would expect at a restaurant. Would not return. If I did it again I would either stay in West Yellowstone to be able to eat at decent restaurants or at Flagg Ranch which was 10/10 for our family.
