"Breakfast was good but not replenished as things ran out and tabels not wiped down."

"I could not get the air conditioner heater fan to go to always On, to help drown out noises. Was surprised the room did not have a microwave, the digital alarm clock in my room needs to be replaced as some numbers are impossible to see as there are dots missing. Nice place, decent breakfast, but not perfect and it is pricy."

"Walls or paper thin we had so much noise coming from the room above us and nothing was done about. When I called downstairs, she said she would check on it. Noise stop for about maybe 10 to 15 minutes then continued until about 2 AM stop for a bit. They were up by 5 AM. Started all over again. every time I called back downstairs no one picked up very disappointed.Myself and my husband wore up the whole night after a long drive the day before and we had another long drive ahead of us.up I had to go through third-party which I booked with they had the call the hotel and with the hotel permission we received apartial refund back which should’ve been a full refund. It was such uncomfortable stay."
