Clean room and facilities! Good hot breakfast and friendly staff. A lot of the machines to wash and dry laundry were out of service which was the only blemish.

The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.
