"Quiet area just off the highway so not busy at all. Breakfast was good but very limited. Staff are friendly and helpful but consider using ChatGPT or a translator to speak as they you won’t understand each other otherwise. Overall good hotel."

"Nearly evrrything was very good. One thing negative was they could not reserve taxi to the airport for me. They gave numbers of 5 taxi company. I called 4 of them, waited more than a minutes and hung up. Only company responded straight away, but they did not understand english. A few minutes later, they found someone who speak english, but not good enough . I had to talk & explain nearly 10 minutes, wasted time and cost me for a international call charge."

"It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up."
