"The location was nice, but the hotel is pretty dingy. Our entire team stayed there in different rooms and most parents complained the rooms were dirty. One even stated there was hair in the shower. Continental breakfast was limited. They had waffles, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Coffee was good. Front desk staff was not too friendly."

"Our stay at the Prescott Resort and Conference Center was unbelievably disappointing, especially for a property that markets itself as “family friendly.” We came for a simple day trip with our kids and were met with a pool area that was outright neglected. The water was so harshly over‑chlorinated it burned our eyes within minutes, clearly used as a shortcut instead of actual cleaning. Debris, hair, and an oily film floated on the surface, and when we looked inside one of the pool filters, we found old, built‑up debris that made it obvious the system hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. The gravel floor had multiple missing patches, creating real trip hazards and resulting in stubbed toes. Even the west‑facing windows — which should showcase a beautiful sunset — were coated in thick residue, completely blocking the view. To make things worse, they don’t allow pool towels to leave the pool area, yet the room only had three towels for a room with two queen beds meant for four people. Inside the room, the carpet was old, dirty, and barely attached to the subfloor — you could literally pinch it and lift it up. For a resort charging resort‑level prices, this level of neglect is unacceptable. We left feeling misled, frustrated, and honestly shocked that a property in this condition is being sold as a family‑friendly getaway."

"The staff here appear brain-dead and completely devoid of personality. They appear to have had no customer service training whatsoever. We needed a high chair for our baby so we asked the front desk for help. Their response? “We don’t have any you’ll have to check with the restaurant.” The restaurant is ON THE PREMISES about fifty feet from the front desk! Also, this hotel’s proximity to the bars on Whiskey Row means loud coming and going all night. Also, a man died two doors down on our floor the second night we were there. Very unfortunate. Not a good stay. Not the place to choose for either service or quiet."

"The staff was super nice, friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. A-plus on that. The room was generally clean. The building is in dire need of renovations. Key locks and handle worked great but the actual door is old and have very large holes where the previous lock was. The bed was on a tall platform which a step stool should accompany such a tall bed. Also, there was no iron, hair dryer, microwave or mini fridge. The shower was a bit odd but it was okay. The towels were a little on the rough side. There were only two pillows on a queen sized bed. MAIN ISSUE: there no outlets near the bed, desk and table. The only outlets were where the tv was plugged in and in the bathroom. "
