"This is a lovely hotel, and the staff were great. It has a striking lobby, in a great location. The roof top infinity pool (adults only) was lovely, and always quite quiet. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed and annoyingly it was due to scheduled refurbishment works but we were not told until the day we arrived and it was closed the whole week we were there. We don’t have children so wasn’t too bad for us, but we did both get a complimentary breakfast at the buffet when we complained....
