"We are a family of 4. We were in an apartment style room with 2 king beds, and a small kitchen. We had a washing machine which was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff accommodated us and gave us pots and pans so we could do a little cooking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and were promptly given them. The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. One front desk worker named Byron was extremely kind. I had messaged him before and during our stay...
