"Checked in at 1 a.m. Staff said breakfast was $11. We said we’d decide later since we might sleep in.
When we came down a few hours later, they demanded double the price with no prior warning or mention of any time restriction.
Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Extremely disappointed — do not recommend this hotel."

"Room was adequate. There was a storm that passed through a few hours earlier and the power was out, they said it would be back on within 30 mins. It took a while to come back then was intermittent throughout the evening with a generator, not ideal for the need to charge things the night before our departure. The WiFi didn’t work (assuming due to the power) Beds were ok… pillows were rock hard.
Not the best place to stay for more than 1 night"

"Hotel grounds were stunning. Staff is extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious too. Unfortunately, the pool and El Grill restaurant were closed during our stay but because it was being refreshed and updated. I would recommend thisnplace to my friends and family. We will be back!"

"Loved the beautiful room with kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the food fantastic. Awesome gym, with paddle courts, tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic to watch the Polo too. Loved the 3 Swimming pools. "
