"Very unique traditional onsen experience! Staff were very kind and helpful. Only stayed on night but it was perfect, very close to Yudanaka train station and Snow Monkey Park bus station, and only a mile walk from Shibu Hot Springs! Thank you very much. "

"スタートして間もないみたいでしたが15時過ぎのチェックインでまだお部屋はセットされておらず、エレベーターが開いたらシーツの山。フロアに置かれてる浴衣には帯が付いていない。
かなりオペレーションには難があります。利用客の民度もなかなか低く、え？って思うことを平然としてるお客さんが多いです"
