An issue for me and friends was the wifi constantly going off and having to re register each time. (an issue when catching up on work)"

"This hotel should not be open for tourists. It was terrible with mold and dampness and no heater. The pool was full of water (green mold). Everything was terrible. We immediately walked out of the hotel and checked into another hotel. We called Hotels.com but the customer service was terrible and they kept insisting that they wanted to check with the hotel about the condition. Crazy Hotels.com. We deserve a total refund. "
