"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. "Ideally located hotel close to the heart of the city and surrounded by many restaurants and other shops. Excellent breakfast menu with a nice view of the surrounding area from the top floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room amenities were good value for money. I would stay here again - highly recommended."

"For a trad sort of hotel in the downtown part of Mandalay this place gets a thumbs up ... close to the train station (maybe a consideration as the bus station is a huge way outside the city) with attentive staff and a buffet breakfast in the wide windowed top floor gallery. You might not enjoy the challenge of walking everywhere as I did, but you wouldn't regret staying here. The manager is affable and speaks good English."
