"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. Hotel Nikko Narita

10/10 Excellent

"Shuttle from airport was fast and easy to find, there’s a Lawsons on main floor for all snacks needed when you can’t sleep from time difference Mornings buffet was great too. At 7:30 we took a shuttle to Jr train station and easy walk to temple with lots of shops that opened on our walk back around 9 am Easily kill a few hours exploring and then get back on shuttle to hotel Room amenities were great too, robes, slippers, toothpaste, hairbrush, razors. Currency exchange with amazing rate too For Great hotel and gave us a great 1st morning experience"

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan

8/10 Good

"The building and lobby are not very aesthetically pleasing- there’s no seating if you are waiting for your room . Staff were hardworking and polite . The bed was very basic and could do with a mattress pad . Breakfast was adequate and well organized. Overall , a good one night stay for a good price , but definitely quite basic ."
