Top Y Felinheli Hotel Reviews

The Swallow Falls Inn - The Inn Collection Group

8/10 Good

"An amazing location, lovely venue and helpful staff, who all work very hard. Unfortunately, the weekend we visited caught the chef and kitchen team off guard, our meals were wrong on both nights, had missing or wrong items. That was the only negative about an otherwise great weekend."

Lawton & Lauriston Court

10/10 Excellent

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again!"

The restaurant staff were lovely, friendly and seemed to have time for everyone. I also noticed them taking particular care to assist guests who had mobility difficulties, which was very nice to see. My only concern during my stay was one afternoon when I was seated in the foyer. I saw four youths come down the stairs and begin trying to open doors. It was apparent that they were not there for any legitimate reason. As I kept an eye on them, they soon left the building. Unfortunately, there were no security staff nearby at the time, and the receptionists were busy assisting guests who we"
