"Clean room, staff friendly, a peaceful place"

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating, helped us out alot. Beautiful place to stay, so relaxing and calming. "

"Beautiful experience. Incredible views. Hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was delicious. Overall, the experience was worth every penny. It was cold of course, so pack warm. And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

"No air con just a fan"

"Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages. "

"Nice staffs, clean room, breakfast is ok"

"Clean room, but no hot water for showers 2 njghts out of 3. "

"The room is clean mostly and pets are friendly. Only complaint is getting to the homestay is quite tough since your grab driver cannot drive through the narrow road and there isn't a sign or direction to lead you towards the homestay. Also you will paying lots of money on grab to take you to Da Lat famous landmark and town because it is so far up the mountain."

"due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here. "

"Great location, beautiful view, clean and warm staff."

"Location is a bit out of Dalat city but the property is excellent and the staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay."
