Wonderful stay at Xana Hotel! Perfect central location near the train station with endless food options around. Traveling with family, the warm and friendly front desk made check-in a breeze. Room was spotless and comfortable with thoughtful service throughout. Absolutely loved it—will definitely stay again on my next business trip to Guangzhou!

They didn’t give us free breakfast as stated in the booking. We had to ask them and show the proof in order for them to give us the tickets. The room is not clean and stains on the bedsheets. The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor. Sound isolation is poor as we heard the entire conversation with a mom yelling at their kid at night for an hour.

Excellent stay at this 4-star hotel! Perfect downtown location near the metro—so convenient. The front desk was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. My room was spotless, and the bar was great for evening drinks. Everything I needed for a business trip. Highly recommend!

Check-in was remarkably fast despite the busy period. The front desk team provided outstanding service—always helpful and welcoming after long days at the exhibition. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and quiet. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fair complex. Great bonus having a pool table to unwind and network with other exhibitors in the evenings. Perfect for business travelers. Will definitely book again next year!
