"I arrived late new years eve and needed to eat. Since the buffet was the only option, my partner and I ate there. The food was extremely disappointing and not fresh looking at all. We barely eat a couple of plates. I was shocked to see a 856 yuan charge for this. I have eaten in many 5 star buffets all around the world and in China. This was by far the most disappointing. Also, I was unable to take a bath bc the tub would not plug up properly. I asked the staff to fix it but it was not fixed. Overall, the poor dining experience and the bathtub issue lead to a disappointing stay."

"First of all you can smell smoke as soon as you walk in. Every room has ashtray( I changed my room so I know ), the central AC will share the second smoke from other room to your room, every floor’s hall way has a public bathroom, so you can imagine the smell of the urine while you are walking back to your room. I found dead bug in my room, and that is not all of the reason I deeply regraded book the hotel. If you were like me cannot handle the smell of smoke and urine don’t stay here. "
