"The property doesn’t have an elevator and it is not clarified in the description. The storage place on first floor is messy and in an open space. It seems unsafe to put luggage there. There is no receptionist in the building but the description says “the front desk is open from 10am to 10pm”. There is no photo for the actual building but lots of photos about nearby shopping malls. "Well designed hotel, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the location and neighbourhood as well. However as some others have noted, it is VERY damp and smells musty despite the A/C and fan being on. We were there for one night so it was ok but would not have stayed if longer than that despite how affordable it was. "

The bathroom was also not ideal—the bathtub was too high and water easily spilled onto the floor, which could be unsafe. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement."
