All the staff especially the staff at the Red Level club lounge were helpful , friendly and spare no effort to make our stay a memorable one. The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets! The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away! TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings! We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!"

"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."

"We stayed here over the holiday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The breakfast buffet is huge, offering a wide variety of options. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care. On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness."
