Good location and surroundings, bit crowded
Main plus point is the location, 50 m from the City Wall and close to everything! Good surroundings with a nice quiet temple opposite the hotel. Room was spacious for the price, esp the bathroom. We used the coin laundry facility very cheap, but had some issues with the machine...well solved by one of the staff a young boy who went out of his way to help (could talk fair bit of English as well). Minus point is the young crowd milling around all the time. The worst thing was the absence of stairs to the upper floors. Our room on the 3rd floor needed bit of effort esp with the suitcases.

Nice down town budget facility
The best thing is the excellent and helpful staff speaking English, something hard to get in the city. An old Chinese nobel house architecture is a nice touch to a hostel stay.

Noisy road and not particularly helpful staff
If you get a room overlooking the road, it's difficult to sleep as the road is very noisy. My only other gripe is that we expected the staff at what is described as an international youth hostel to be more helpful to travellers. I speak mandarin, which is lucky as the staff struggled to understand me in English, but that's ok, after all, I was in China! However they would not help me book any tickets for onward travel, not a train or bus ticket or even a taxi! Unless you are booking a tour through their own driver or agents, they didn't want to know, which has not been my experience of any other hostels who are usually happy to help.

Wonderful staying
It was a wonderful time staying at Xiangzimen Youth Hostel. Their friendly staff and tranditional environment made me felt very cozy. When you are there, try to find and play with the cat there, little sad that didn't have chance to say goodbye to her. She is lovely!!

Good character, good hotel
The hotel was good considering the price and location. It wasn't in the greatest shape and the rooms were small, but what can you expect for this price and location? I am satisfied with my stay and the hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Can't ask for more.

周围环境算是很不错，位置相当好。酒店斜对面还有个买果汁的店，累了一整天回到酒店前买个果汁喝喝非常舒服。 Surrounding location and amenities are pretty good. Within walking distance from the pubs and local street food. My personal fav is that there is a fruit drink stall directly across the hostel which opens till late nite. So its pretty good to finish the nite with a refreshing fresh fruit juice after a day of exploration in Xi'an. 整体上还算可以，需要注意的有两点：厕所和住房的环境偏旧了，早餐的价格也稍微偏高。 In general the hostel is relatively fine, but there is two points to take note of: firstly, the rooms and the toilet are relatively old so its probably time for an upgrade, secondly, i personally find the breakfast pricing a little on the steep side.

繁華街に近くて便利
２泊した初日の夜に異臭がしたので真夜中にフロントに行ってそう言うと、別の部屋に替えてくれた。次の朝には異臭は消えていた。スタッフは親しみやすく、また英語が通じるので安心できる。目の前にコンビニがあり非常に便利である。鼓楼も地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内。

Very nice place with lovely staff
My friend got a little accident, stepped in glass, was bleeding. The staff provided all the help necessary, also a visit to the hospital. Great! What a nice and helpful staff... I also liked the dumpling party they organized with the guests. Language is not important to work together!

Trés bien situé
L'hôtel est à côté de la porte sud, des remparts et du métro. Le personnel comprenait difficilement l'anglais, ils nous ont vendu un tour avec les guerriers de terre et le tombeau, la deuxième partie n'a pas été réalisé nous n'étions que deux donc on nous a remplacé notre tour par un autre avec visite tombeau ming, et remboursé 100yuans. Il ne savait pas que le métro allait à la gare de TGV. Le restaurant par contre est très bien.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, il personale è cordiale e disponibile, la camera non è eccezionale: il bagno non mi è piaciuto e si deve pagare per avere sapone, shampoo e docciaschiuma. Sconsiglio vivamente di mangiare la sera nel ristorante annesso: è caro, il personale è improponibile ed il cibo è immangiabile. Esattamente dall'altro lato della strada inizia una via con bar, pub e ristoranti di gran lunga migliori ed economici.

価格からして満足
今回は友達と２人旅だったためツインルームをとりました。トイレ、シャワーも部屋にあり。 しかも、シャワーサンダルとタオルまで常備されていました。とてもありがたかったです！

Prisvärt läge´innanför södra porten.
Ett enkelt vandrarhem som ändå är bra. Trevlig service av hjälpsamma människor som var ganska bra på engelska. Fullt tillräcklig frukost. Gångavstånd till sevärdheterna i centrum. Rummet var litet och duschen det enda att klaga på. Svårt att få varmvattenet att räcka till och avrinningen var åt fel håll. Det blev blött på golvet och mycket att torka upp.

Hotel accueillant
Superbe auberge de jeunesse, très bien situé proche du centre ville. L’hôtel est sublime, le personnel multilingue très accueillant. Les chambres sont propres, un petit bémol sur la climatisation un peu vieille. IL y a disposition des machines à laver le linge et des ordinateurs. Toutes les personnes de l'accueil parlent anglais.

hotel tres sympatique!
Super petit Hotel , beaucoup de charme, très bien placés dans cette grande ville , proche de tous les endroits a visiter ! Le personnel etait tres sympa et nous a a chaque fois tres bien conseillé . Des petits atelier de groupe sont proposé dans l'hotel . La chambre etait niquel , tres propre , nous avions choisi un grand lit , c'etait tres depaysant . Parfait pour visiter quelques jours xian dans de bonnes conditions !

入住後才發現把我們安排在地下室,要加錢換房也沒空房,隔壁又剛好是洗衣或總電房非常吵鬧,門前路口又一大坑沒有修補好人人走過去都發出巨響。無線網路只能在大廳上而且也不穩定,讓貴店的旅遊品質完全崩盤! 除此以外有點還是很多,例如早餐因為是自費也不便宜所以比較好吃,以及酒店的交通位置非常便利,附近的生活機能多。

定的是双人标间，最后成了特色厢房在地下，不过也无所谓，炕虽然硬但是有床垫还挺舒服，房间也很干净很有特色。前台工作人员态度也不错。旅社一进门是酒吧然后是餐厅，最里边是住宿的地方，很多外国人，氛围很好，尤其晚上。

Je vous déconseille vivement cet endroit.
J'ai choisi cet hôtel car bien noté sur Tripadvisor. Une erreur visiblement. Je suis arrivée vers 17h, ma chambre n'était pas disponible, car occupée par les affaires d'une personne qui devait changer de chambre. On m'en propose une au sous-sol sans fenêtre avec une odeur d'humidité et d'urine... La personne de l'accueil me fait tout un cinéma pour me dire qu'il est désolé, que c'est de la faute du personnel du matin, etc. Je vais donc me poser au bar (on ne me propose même pas de m'offrir ne serait ce qu'un verre d'eau pour s'excuser). Après avoir patienté poliment pendant deux heures, je retourne à la réception où l'on me refais le même sketch. Là je m'énerve et demande à avoir ma chambre dans l'immédiat ou de récupérer l'intégralité de mon argent car j'avais déjà payé l'intégralité. Là les choses ont bougé, ils ont déménagé les affaires de l'occupant. La propreté était plus que sommaire, je pense que seul le lit était propre. Devant me rendre à Pingyao ils me disent qu'ils prennent une commission trop chère pour réserver les billets de train.Je me suis rendue à la gare mais tout était plein. Ils me proposent de prendre un bus de nuit. Il s'avère que ça été la pire expérience de toute ma vie. On m'a laissé à 5h du matin sur le bord de l'autoroute toute seule à 1h de marche de la sortie. Visiblement c'est courant alors je ne comprends vraiment pas comment peut on décemment, et humainement proposer ce genre d'alternative.
