"The property is located close to sea and promenade. There is also a busy street close by with bars shops etc. The room itself was small but practical for an overnight stay. The shower room appeared to be new and recently decorated. However the wash basin was to small and difficult to have a shave in. There was no mirror either in the shower room."

"The best Blackpool hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were great, really helpful. Our seaview room was decorated with a magic theme which was very novel. A very comfortable bed which clearly had a a good quality mattress and linen. The bathroom was clean, modern abd very spacious for Blackpool!"

"Lovely rural location a few miles from Burscough & Ormskirk On a working arable farm where there is also a campsite Tea room & small shop with a few B&B rooms. Very quiet overnight. Excellent breakfast & helpful staff"
