"Vanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. Overall, the phrase that comes to mind is the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Thank you. "

"Very clean facility, big room with all you need, big refrigerator, stove, food utensils, coffee maker. Queen size beds with good mattress. Big clean modern stile bathroom, shower with glass doors. "The exterior is amazing to view. Lots of shaded outdoor seating and outdoor activities to enjoy. I loved the old industrial look surrounding the modern. There also a really cool walking bridge. Very family friendly and great for a business trip. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. BUT, here is something to note… the fan in the bathroom for all the rooms does NOT shut off. All you can do is...

"My room was inexpensive and overlooked the parking garage. I put the shade down and it was fine. The shower and bath were awesome. It felt like a "boutique" hotel. I had a very nice dinner at a vegan restaurant nearby. Area isn't quiet but I slept well & enjoyed myself. Wish I had taken advantage of exercise opportunities the hotel provides! "

"We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. "
