"They lie on their listing claiming to have 24 hour shuttle, which they do not, they lie about the breakfast when you have two people listed on the booking the only allow you to have food for one person, lastly, there’s no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up the stairs and it’s quite the amount of stairs. Although they are aware of their false advertising, they don’t even try to do anything to make a customer happy you’re just supposed to put up with it."

The building is falling apart, the facilities are terrible, linen and towels are not clean. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I attempted a cup of tea for breakfast.
