Das Hotel ist spartanisch eingerichtet und es war kalt als ich eintraf. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, länger hätte ich auf der recht weichen Matratze nicht schlafen können. Der Raum hatte zu Anfang einen leicht unangenehmen Geruch. Der Service war freundlich, gut und schnell. Alles war sauber, was ich gesehen habe, ich hab auch nicht gesucht. Es war sehr ruhig, die Umgebung ist angenehm.

More like a motel - not your typical German b&b, location is ok - residential area, reasonably quiet - room , bathroom and bed clean, but not that nice. Breakfast was ok. Ok if you are on a budget, but I would try and pick something else next time ....

Wir haben arbeitsbedingt einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt verbracht. Das Hotel sieht einladend aus. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, mit gutem Doppelbett. Der Möglichkeit, einen Pulverkaffee zuzubereiten.Lage direkt an der Straße aber ruhig, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Da das Restaurant am Feiertag geschlossen war, konnten wir die Küche nicht genießen.

Absteige ohne Potenzial, sollten ihren Namen ändern in: Going out of business. 1. Check In: Name falsch übernommen aus dem Formular 2. Preis: Offensichtlich viel zu hoch, Hotel will immer den billigsten Preis anbieten 3. Zimmer: (01) stinkt sofort nach altem Zigaretten-Qualm (Nichtraucherzimmer), das Bett bricht aus dem Gestell beim Draufsetzen, beim Einhängen und Blick unter das Bett: eine Staubdecke wie ich sie noch nie gesehen habe, weht vor sich hin, Ambiente mit uralten geschmacklosen Vorhängen 4. Das Bad: extrem klein, auf dem Klo kann man kaum sitzen, die Duschkabine ist verklemmt und man bekommt sie kaum auf, der Einstieg liegt ca. 40-50cm über dem Boden, die Anzeige für heiß / kalt ist vertauscht 5. Bedienung / Service: Junge Frau beim Check-In hätte uns fast nicht den Schlüssel gegeben, weil ein Buchstabe im Nachnamen fehlte (wurde nicht übertragen), trotz Buchungsbestätigung und Ausweis und und und... Beim Check-Out werden wir nur in gebrochenem Deutsch gefragt: "schon alles bezahlt!?" Die Frage nach dem Aufenthalt wird vermutlich absichtlich nicht gestellt, schließlich hatte ich gleich beim ersten Frühstück gesagt, dass die Duschkabine kaputt ist und man sie nicht zu machen kann... 6. Frühstück: Gott sei Dank, gute Strategie: 9€ pro Person, reichlich, qualitativ gut, frische Spiegeleier und sogar der Kaffee aus der Pumpkanne ist ok. Fazit: Teures Motel mit gutem Frühstück

Romantic hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely friendly staff, helpful when our German was atrocious. The Wi-Fi didn't reach our room but we had 4g cell service in the area. Breakfast was amazing. Off street parking and right next to the bus stop. A scenic walk from lively downtown with great restaurants. Everything was clean and cared for. Lots of original art and decorative flair.
