Helpful staff checking in. No tea or coffee making facvities in the room but the receptionist helped us by boiling a kettle in her office..... Might be easier to have provided teamaking facilities in the room Great breakfast

Will not go back to Gem.
On arrival before we even got the room key the receptionist presented us with the bill of our stay,the extra bed and daily parking.As cabin crew I have travelled a lot and I don't ever recall being charged on arrival for the stay etc.In the room there was no free wifi.It was available only in the hall,we were told they will call support but till we left the best we got was sitting near the door of our apartment we managed get the wifi of another room.The extra bed for our 13 year old son consisted of a sofa with a sheet on top,a duvet and a pillow. On the second day we asked housekeeping for another towel cause we only had 2. On the third day we gently asked reception for the towel asuming that due to the language problem housekeeping did not understand, intstead of apologizing we got told off for not asking before. One day I prepared my clothes on the bed and went for breakfast when I came back the bed was neatly done and my clothes where inside. Cleaning was not done daily and left a lot to be desired.Breakfast was till 10.00 but by 8.30/9.00am there was barely anything left especially hot.Swimming pool was under refurbishment and at odd hours of the day,sometimes even early in the morning the noise in the room was unbearable.I am sure they are aware that at 4.00am in summer it is broad daylight notwithstanding this the curtains did not close properly. Before we left they wanted to charge us for 2snickers which we never ate,asked for manager and she cancelled the bill.

Good Hotel
It is very nice and clean hotel situated almost on Odra riverside, although a little far from Wroclaw Old City. Great breakfast! There is swimming pool on the site but… access to it is complicated. It is part public and part school swimming pool. There is need to request access much in advance and no certainty of getting it.

Convenient hotel
The room was clean, but smelled a little, as if people smoked there inside in the past. The breakfast was good, location also..quiet zone, not very far from the city centre by bus or taxi.

quiet location outside city centre
Was staying on business and I think still being built finished off as I had to change rooms to get the free wi-fi and workers finishing off the place. Really a sports centre that has added a hotel facility. Good restaurant and breakfast but nothing to do locally. I suspect in the summer great if you want play sports. A big indoor 25M pool plus tennis courts football pitch etc.

Stopped here a couple of years ago so was interested in going back.Only part of the hotel is refurbished as I write this. If you want to be out of the city in a quite neighborhood then its great... not advised to stop here for a city break.

Tolles Hotel.
Tolles Hotel mit einem Super Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Wir eine sehr schöne Woche in einer neuwertigen Suite mit Woh/ Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, und zwei Badezimmer. Der Service im Hotel war sehr gut, und wenn mal etwas nicht optimal war wurde dies sofort behoben. Das zeichnet ein gutes Hotel aus. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Dla osób przyjeżdżających do Wrocławia w celach turystycznych i lubiacych spokój obiekt jest komfortowy .Jedyny minus że kawiarnia działa zbyt krótko.Pracownicy hotelu bardzo pomocni i kompetentni .Pokój wygodny i czysty.

Szanowny Panie Piotrze, dziękujemy za pozostawioną opinię oraz ocenę w łamach portalu. Problemy z funkcjonowaniem internetu są u nas rzadkością, jeśli jednak pojawiły się to bardzo Pana przepraszamy. Problem taki można zawsze zgłosić w recepcji, która dołoży wszelkich starań, aby usterka została wyeliminowana lub po prostu zmieni Panu pokój na inny. Niestety nie wiemy na czym polegał kłopot z parkingiem - jest on gigantycznej kubatury i mieści do 32 autokarów [ składa się z trzech parkingów], więc nie zdarzyło się jeszcze nigdy, aby nasi goście nie mieli gdzie zaparkować. Nawet podczas imprez MICE organizowanych dla kilkuset osób. Serdecznie zapraszamy w przyszłości.

Pobyt na jedna noc. Służbowo. lipiec 2019 - bardzo gorące dni z temp pow. 30 st. Hotel zadbany i przyjazny. UWAGA: Hotel NIE MA klimatyzacji. Było koszmarnie gorąco. Inni goście hotelowi spali w pokojach z otwartymi drzwiami na korytarz aby w pokoju powstał ruch powietrza. W hotelu jest basen, ale ... do połowy sierpnia wyłączony - remont więc szans na odpoczynek od upału BRAK. Bardzo dobra kuchnia - ceny przystępne.

Panie Tomaszu, dziękujemy za opinię i ocenę. Pozwoli Pan, że wyjaśnimy, ponieważ część Pańskiej informacji wprowadza w błąd pozostałych użytkowników portalu Expedia w błąd. W hotelu JEST KLIMATYZACJA w pokojach typu Superior oraz Apartamentach [ mniej więcej 50/50 ]. Inni goście spali w pokojach przy otwartych drzwiach to prawda - była to grupa sportowa, bardzo nisko budżetowa, która świadomie wybrała pokoje tańsze, bez klimatyzacji. Mimo naszych sugestii i troski o ich komfort. Basen każdego roku jest zamknięty przez około 3 tygodnie. Bardzo nad tym ubolewamy. Niestety każda pora na jego przerwę techniczną jest fatalna. Gdybyśmy robili między wrześniem a czerwcem musielibyśmy "zerwać kontrakty" z uczelniami, szkołami , innymi placówkami oraz mieszkańcami Wrocławia. Mimo tych niedogodności zapraszamy ponownie. Proszę następnym razem wybrać nieco droższy pokój - superior. Będzie mógł Pan cieszyć się klimatyzacją, zestawem do parzenia kawy i herbaty oraz zestawem do prasowania.

Dieses Hotel lag für meine berufliche Tätigkeit günstig gelegen. Der Service ist perfekt und das Personal ist auch super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich würde bei der nächsten Reise bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Spokojny i cichy
Hotel w cichej i spokojnej okolicy do której nie tak łatwo dojechać. Trzeba zwrócic uwagę na tablice ponieważ GPS prowadzi do zamkniętej bramy hotelu. Można pograć w tenisa ziemnego lub popływać na pływalni. Można również pospacerować brzegiem rzeki. Bardzo spokojnie i cicho jest od strony dziedzińca gdzie szemrze fontanna i można posiedzieć na hotelowych leżakach. Pokoje trochę małe ale bardzo czyste. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie co jak na tak mały hotel jest rzadkością. parking dostępny 18PLN Ogólnie pozytywnie

Szanowny Panie Grzegorzu, bardzo dziękujemy za przemiłą opinię i bardzo wysoką ocenę. Niestety problem GPS wynika z dostępnego w danym urządzeniu oprogramowania. Przez bardzo długi czas czyniliśmy starania, aby Google Maps właściwie wskazywało GEM. Na mapach Googla jest już prawidłowa lokalizacja, mimo to ze swojej strony dodaliśmy jeszcze nowe tablice dojazdowe. Zapraszamy do nas ponownie i życzymy wszystkiego dobrego.

Hotel ogólnie jest ok, cisza i spokój, ale za wszystko trzeba było dopłacać (m.in. za śniadanie). Pokój czysty, łazienka ładna. W lodówce są napoje, słodycze i alkohol ale za dodatkową opłatą, tylko woda mineralna gratis.Dojazd był jakimiś wąskimi ulicami, ale na miejscu duży ogrodzony kompleks z miejscami parkingowymi - płatnymi. Mają też basen i dużo zieleni.

Szanowny Panie Andrzeju, bardzo dziękujemy za opinię oraz wysoką notę. Nieprawdą jest, iż za wszystko trzeba dopłacać. Na wszystkich portalach publikujemy cenę: podstawową ze śniadaniem, podstawową bez śniadania oraz bezzwrotną bez śniadania. Pan skorzystał z drugiej lub trzeciej, które są nieco tańsze od oferty podstawowej, dlatego zmuszony był Pan dopłacić za śniadanie już na miejscu. Zatem był to Pański świadomy wybór. Pełna rekreacja:)
Świetna lokalizacja do odpoczynku, w cichej i zielonej okolicy. Hotel bardzo ładny,czysty i komfortowy, z duzym basenem i zapleczem sportowym. Obsluga miła, śniadania bardzo smaczne,choć trochę drogie. Polecam!!

Pani Aleksandro, bardzo dziękujemy za bardzo wysoką ocenę oraz pozostawioną opinię. Miło nam, że przypadło Pani do gustu wyjątkowe położenie Hotelu GEM, pokoje oraz zaplecze sportowe. Śniadania w cenie 35 zł za osobę należą już w tej chwili do jednych z najtańszych na ternie Wrocławia. Zapraszamy ponownie i życzymy wszystkiego dobrego.
