On arrival before we even got the room key the receptionist presented us with the bill of our stay,the extra bed and daily parking.As cabin crew I have travelled a lot and I don't ever recall being charged on arrival for the stay etc.In the room there was no free wifi.It was available only in the hall,we were told they will call support but till we left the best we got was sitting near the door of our apartment we managed get the wifi of another room.The extra bed for our 13 year old son consisted of a sofa with a sheet on top,a duvet and a pillow. On the second day we asked housekeeping for another towel cause we only had 2. On the third day we gently asked reception for the towel asuming that due to the language problem housekeeping did not understand, intstead of apologizing we got told off for not asking before. One day I prepared my clothes on the bed and went for breakfast when I came back the bed was neatly done and my clothes where inside. Cleaning was not done daily and left a lot to be desired.Breakfast was till 10.00 but by 8.30/9.00am there was barely anything left especially hot.Swimming pool was under refurbishment and at odd hours of the day,sometimes even early in the morning the noise in the room was unbearable.I am sure they are aware that at 4.00am in summer it is broad daylight notwithstanding this the curtains did not close properly. Before we left they wanted to charge us for 2snickers which we never ate,asked for manager and she cancelled the bill.
