"I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton in Ontario. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was very centrally located, which made everything convenient. The pool was nice and clean, the sheets were fresh and clean, and overall, everything was really nice and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Overall a good experience. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Good water pressure, shower amenities, and comfy bed. Overall I wasn't a fan of "loft" aesthetic, in particular the dark hallways (as a single traveler it doesn't feel the safest) and room layout. There are no sheer blinds to the windows, so there's no real way to let natural light in without losing privacy. Also in the shower there is no shelf or any area to put personal toiletries (they provide pumps of shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Also, there is very loud music playing in the elevators, which was not particularly enjoyable. Do the people who design hotels every stay in hotels??"
