"The location is beautifully by the water and close enough to the town shops and pub to walk there. The motel is older in style and has undergone a significant refurbishment. The furnishing was modern and gave a retro homely feel.
The only issues I had were:
~ lower water pressure in the shower
~ the lack of sound proofing in the rooms- a layer of soundproofing felt I've seen in other hotels would be a useful addition
~ no windows- KI is known for beautiful fresh air and I would have loved to be able to open a window or even the door (if they installed safety screen) to have some fresh air in the room."
