"We booked 5 rooms and the AC was not working in 4 of them. One of the rooms also smelt so terrible we had to move to a different one even though we booked all non smoking rooms. Only one room had a pleasant stay with clean bedding and working AC. Also “breakfast included” is a stretch. They had a coffee pot and some instant oatmeal. The front desk staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable."

"This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference."

"St aff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! The grounds are well-maintained and the cabin was clean and easy to locate. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, but would stay here again!"

"We were on the ground floor with an additional outside door in the room. Filthy. Dead bolt on that door did not work. Smelled of cigarettes. Super tired so just kept the room instead of changing. Bar right across the parking lot which was worrisome. Would not stay at this hotel again."

"I love the location of Oxford Suites - an easy walk to Riverside Park and on into downtown. It is also an easy walk to quite a few restaurants, although I didn't need to because the snacks (chili and salad while I was there) at the afternoon refreshment time were enough for me. My room was clean and well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. My only concern was the connecting door to the next room. A child in that room kept opening it on his side and trying to open...

"The shuttle service was amazing! Pleasant drivers that took us in and out of the downtown area within 2 miles. ALL the staff was very pleasant! Wish they offered complimentary breakfast but lots of nice restaurants close by. Quite a long walk to your room from the front desk. All in all, very nice!"

"Our stay was fine but the gal checking us in must have been having a bad day because she was not very friendly, kinda like we was more of a pain to her. The morning gal today was very nice. "

"A beautiful property with staff members that you can tell really take pride in the guest experience. We had wonderful conversations with the staff who gave us great recommendations for things to do and check out in the area. Restaurant was also fantastic - the salmon chowder was truly the best soup I’ve ever had. We hope to be back again someday soon."

"After a long drive to get there, i needed a shower so i could get up early and leave. The shower knob was broken, no water would come out. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up which cost us another hour of being able to get a shower and get in bed. I sat on the side of the bed waiting for maintenance to finish, and the entire mattress flipped up. By the time it was time to shower, there was only 1 towel for 3 guests. Had to go down to the front desk to get more towels. ...
