"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."

"The only good thing I can say is that the sheets were seemingly clean. The bathroom, including the toilet seat, were visibly dirty, like they had not been cleaned at all. The corners of the room as well as the chairs in the room had crumbs from previous occupants. The tub and lavatory did not drain well. I would NOT stay there again under any circumstances."
