"Arrival date room smells very bad .Ac was not working. The out side of the balcony was full of bird poop . Very pleasant to look at out side and have all convenient but needs a face lift and more training for the cleaning staff . Please conduct quality checks before placing customers in their respective rooms"

"the front desk lady actually walked me to my room and went through the room features with me as I checked in alone. To the water sports attendants made me feel very welcomed and like I would do all the activities Mr. Fabian Jordan, Hotel Ambassador, definitely exceeded my expectations. He checked on me just the right amount of times where I didn’t feel bombarded with messages but I also didn’t feel forgotten. The rooms are classy, the spa is a 3/5 for me but the treatment was nice."

This should have been clearly updated on the property’s page at the time of booking, as we were traveling with children and the availability of dining and room service is an important factor when choosing a hotel.
